Photos cannot be over 10MB and must have a 16:9 ratio for display on the Roomie Photo Club website. Files that are too large, too small, or improperly formatted may be disqualified. Members are responsible for checking resolution, compression quality, and file naming conventions before submitting their work.

In addition to technical requirements, all submitted photographs must clearly fit into one of three approved categories: Life, Food, or Travel. The Life category may include everyday moments, portraits, pets or anything that capture something alive. The Food category focuses on dishes, ingredients, cooking processes, or dining settings. The Travel category highlights landscapes, cultural experiences, architecture, and destinations that reflect exploration and a sense of place.

Please note: Photos must be submitted on the last day of the month through the "Submit Your Photo" page. Once submitted, only Rachel will be able to view and judge submissions. She will then upload the chosen photos to the Microsoft Form on the Vote and Chat page. Roomie Photo Club members will then have one week to choose their favorite photos. Winners are announced during the third week of the following month.
